Are you free or will I have to pay you?
I will do free work if I happen to come across your project online that is listed as UNPAID, and I am cast for a role after the audition deadline.
But if you send me an email or direct message asking me to be in a project, it must be PAID work.
(Exception: We are good friends, I've done previous voice work for you, or it's for something charitable)

Pricing will depending on how much the client has as a budget and how much work I need to do.

May I pay you in advance?
Pay me in advance? No. Pay me immediately after the session is complete? Yes
Just your lines only or full script?
Full script please. I can just press "Ctrl + F" to find my character and this way I can get a better understanding of what's going on.
Do you need & or want live direction?
I Really Highly recommend Live Directing Me. You will get a truly professional product if you do. However, if you personally decide to not give me live direction, I will have to charge extra. Unless you ABSOLUTELY have no means of live communicating with me.
Should There be Live Direction, I would prefer you do not LINE READ for me as line readings are often seen as unprofessional. After all, The most tell-tale sign that you don't trust an actor to perform up to their abilities is giving them a line reading, instead give me an ACTION READING. However, if we happen to be on our 10th+ take, then a line reading is permitted, because we both tried our best and this is done as a last resort.

Anything else I should know before hiring you?
Yes. If you happen to have a Patreon, Kickstarter, or any form of budget that doesn't include paying any of the voice actors, I REFUSE to voice for you. Yes this is an issue, why it is I don't know. But I am going to be crystal clear about this. If you have a budget that pays the film editors, sound engineers, etc, then you have a budget that also pays for the voice actors.
